Moving Your Account

Account Moves Risk Data Loss

Account moves data loss. As mentioned in our Terms of Service, it is not HelioHost's responsibility to keep backups of your data.

Before moving your account to a different server, we strongly recommend you create an account backup and download it to your local device.

After you have made a backup of your account and downloaded it to your local device, if you would like to switch hosting plans, visit the Dashboard page for account moves.
