MariaDB Daily Restarts

This error occurs on the Johnny server during the daily MariaDB restart, which usually happens around 3PM-4PM UTC. The downtime typically lasts only a minute or two, so the recommended action is to wait a moment and try again.

How to Avoid 500 Plesk / Exception / Database Server Errors

If you prefer to avoid this error on Johnny, you can move your account to Morty or Tommy, where MariaDB has better uptime and users generally do not experience this issue.
