Moving Your Account
Account Moves Risk Data Loss

Account moves risk data loss. As mentioned in our Terms of Service, it is not HelioHost's responsibility to keep backups of your data.
Before moving your account to a different server, we strongly recommend you create an account backup and download it to your local device.
Visit the Dashboard Page for Account Moves
After you have made a backup of your account and downloaded it to your local device, if you would like to switch hosting plans, visit the Dashboard page for account moves.
Account Moves Take Up to 6 Hours to Complete
Email Sent When Account Move Begins
Once you have paid to move your account, we will send you an email to confirm the account move has begun. Due to DNS caching, it could take up to 6 hours at this point for your website to be fully moved to the new server.

Once your account has been successfully moved to the new server, we will send you another email to confirm the account move is finished. Due to DNS caching, it could take up to 4 hours at this point for your website to be fully moved to the new server.
