Unlimited Bandwidth

HelioHost does not meter its users' bandwidth consumption. This is in essence "unlimited bandwidth". However, we do not allow people to cause server downtime, or to cause other user account sites to have slow loading times.

In the event of your account causing the server uptime to drop below an acceptable level or negatively impacting the performance of other user sites on the server, you will be contacted by an admin with recommended steps to resolve the issue. In some cases, you may be required to move your account to a VPS. We offer a range of VPS plans, and a 10% discount when you pay for 6 months upfront.

As well, please note that if you start pushing in huge amounts of traffic you will undoubtedly push your limits on resources we do meter, such as memory and CPU usage.
